Nylon Yarns can be dyed very easily that is why nylon filament yarn exhibits gorgeous lustre, fall and vibrancy to the fabric. Nylon Mother Yarn

Nylon Mother Yarn (NMY) – Mother yarn is a multifilament strained yarn which is further transformed into mono filament yarn by splitting the ends at spinning process. The area of application of the mother yarn are like mosquito nets, dresses, drapes, sarees and many more. It also used in the automobile industry and in the manufacturing of sports shoes.

Nylon Mono Filament Yarn

Mono Filament Yarn also known as MFY. Nylon Mono filament yarns are demarcated as a single strand of loosened continuous fibre and it is also available in semi dull and bright lustre through different methods of production. Mono Filament Yarn are multi-functional yarns which are designed for varieties of weaving applications.

Nylon FDY

Nylon FDY also known as Fully Drawn Nylon Filament Yarn. It is produced at high speeds along with intermediary drawing combined at spinning so as to enhance the stabilization of polymer through alignment and crystallization. This is the major factor that helps in strengthening the nylon filament yarn.

Nylon DTY

Nylon DTY also called as Drawn Textured Nylon Yarn which is made from POY by texturizing process that is simultaneously twisting and drawing. Drawn Textured Yarn is a continuous filament yarn which is processed to introduce durable interlaces, crimps, loops, twists or other fine alterations along the length of the filament.
